ABOUT EVGENIA MAKAROVA – ABSTRACT ARTIST

I’m Evgenia Makarova, a contemporary abstract artist based in Aylesbury, United Kingdom. My work is deeply rooted in spontaneity, intuition, and improvisation, with a focus on expressing emotions through color, shape, and texture. The creative process itself is central to my practice, as I explore the interaction of materials and techniques to create dynamic, thought-provoking compositions.

My paintings have been exhibited internationally, including in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Italy, England, Venezuela, and Russia. I’ve also been featured in prominent publications such as Afisha London, House & Garden, Salt ‘n’ Sauce Magazine, Albe Art Magazine, and others. My works are held in private collections across Great Britain, France, the Netherlands, Germany, and the USA.
